JOB SUMMARY:

The Travel Sales Agent is responsible for creating exceptional travel plans for our customers. We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual with strong sales acumen and a proven track record of success.The agent will create an exciting, unique experience by determining the needs of the client and matching their request with relevant products and services, while delivering the highest level of customer service.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Provide clients with travel solutions
  • Cost effectiveness/productivity
  • Meet sales revenue target
  • Efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Implement solutions and handle escalated situations
  • Accurately completes reports and maintains current files in database
  • Follow all company and department Policies and Procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Able to handle heavy call volume
  • Inbound/Outbound calling in a fast paced call center environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and oral)
  • Strong Sales closing skills
  • Ability to upsell products & services explains new features and benefits
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Travel Background preferred
  • Fluent in German
