Holiday Systems International (HSI) is a technology company, a travel aggregator and a private client service company providing a wide variety of exclusive benefits to a niche market of select international clientele. Founded in 1993, HSI is a fast-paced rapidly growing industry leader.


The Appointment Scheduler Agent is responsible for calling sales prospects and setting appointments for web-based presentations by company’s inside sales team. Agent will be calling prospects from a combination of leads provided, and leads researched by Agent. To secure appointment with prospect, Agent must be well-organized and clearly articulate how company’s products are directed towards enhancing prospect’s business. Each call will require sales dynamics, an energetic and enthusiastic delivery of information and ability to create urgency. Agent must also possess the ability to identify roadblocks to appointment setting and seek out guidance in order to remove or dissolve such roadblocks.


  • · Develop appropriate strategic targeting for new leads / calls
  • · Makes outbound calls
  • •Contact prospective clients using Telephone Script
  • · Meet weekly and monthly call targets
  • · Meet monthly appointment targets
  • · Follow-up on all assigned prospects
  • · Takes inbound calls, e.g., return calls from prospects
  • · Manage relationships with prospects to yield future appointments
  • · Maintains copious notes on each account/prospect assigned to be scribed in the company database
  • · Schedules Internet presentations and ensures all decision-makers are in attendance
  • · Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • · Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • · Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results


  • · High school diploma or equivalent
  • · A minimum of two (2) years experience in telesales or telemarketing
  • · Firm grasp of business protocol and telephone etiquette
  • · Exemplary phone and closing skills
  • · Excellent computer proficiency, including, but not limited to typing skills and ability to navigate computer applications with ease. Must type at least 30 words per minute
  • · Effective oral, interpersonal and listening skills
  • · Presentable appearance
  • · Must be flexible in work schedule
  • · Other languages a plus
